This website offers visitors the chance to view and purchase artwork and merchandise. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, you can return it with its packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. Please contact me by email to inform me and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Faulty Goods
If the goods are damaged please provide me with details and a photograph if possible, by email. This will be dealt with in line with your legal rights.
