For the Love of Trees - Part 2

Here is an early stage of my painting for the arboretum.

I am just putting shapes in to get the positioning of the trees as I want them. I also start to add some background colour.

At this point I am using brushes and palette knives to add the paint, occasionally I use the edges of old bank cards too !

I am always looking to use different objects in my art,

especially if it stops items being thrown away !
